Note: We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ariat boots, western footwear, or casual shoes. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-returnable items: Custom/special order boots, “final sale” items, and any products showing signs of wear
