Our boots are true to size, but we recommend checking our detailed sizing chart for each product. If you’re between sizes or have specific fit requirements, consider sizing up for work boots (to accommodate thicker socks) or down for western boots (which tend to stretch with wear).
Are Ariat boots waterproof?
Many of our work boots and western styles feature waterproof construction – look for the “Waterproof” designation in product descriptions. Our casual and fashion styles typically offer water resistance rather than full waterproofing.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide with reliable carriers, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. All international shipments originate from our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS with tracking
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for real-time updates. International customers may experience brief delays during customs clearance.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. These vary by country – we recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. Ariat Boot Shop cannot predict or cover these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t process returns until we receive the item.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. International refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
